Could not wish for a more fast, efficient and friendly service

When we decided to upgrade our office software, we called DMR IT for their advice. Danny, came along to our office and chatted in a very easy to understand manner, about the options that would be available to us. He then went off and came back with several packages for us including new PC’s and printers along with the Sage 50 Accounts programme for all our office administration, including Banking, Invoicing and controlling our Purchases. Although, we are only a small business, he never made us feel as if our needs were unimportant, quite the opposite in fact he made the whole process of moving over from the old system to the new very easy and painless. He carried out the process of moving all the information from old to new in the evening, which caused no inconvenience to our day to day running of the business.

Once all the hardware and software were up and running, Danny was helpful whenever we came across a problem. The new system has proved to be the best thing we have done in years, it makes doing all the necessary accounting so much easier and less time consuming.

I would highly recommend using DMR IT for any of your IT requirements. We have continued to use DMR IT for all our IT requirements and could not wish for a more fast, efficient and friendly service.
